DC 320V2 die-cutting press

The DC 320 is the optimal machine for small and medium production runs. This design accommodates less expensive, smaller tools, and manages an impressive 550 strokes per minute on certain tools. This provides the productivity at the highest level while keeping the cost down. Web width of up to 320 mm is perfectly suited for narrower printing machines thus the DC 320V2 can be seamlessly integrated in any production.

S 510 die-cutting press

Our latest development, the S 510 die-cutting press, is designed with high productivity in mind, therefore reducing the cost per hour. High speed, wide web and large tool opening make it the ideal package for a bigger production batches. Combined with our 14 cavity die-cutting 75,5mm lid tool it is producing up to 1.200.000 pieces in an 8 hour shift replacing several other machines with smaller productivity.

Die-cutting tools

Precision made die-cutting tools offer high quality cut and great web utilization. Our tools need up to 6% less material than other tools on the market. Dies are made out of sintered carbide which makes them extremely robust and resistant to wear. High precision insures a cutting edge quality, even on the thinnest materials.

Key features:
  • Rotating system with one turntable allows small dimensions of equipment and excellent ratio of space requirement for the same capacity output.
  • System is created as mono block with 5 working stations for the positioning of cups, filling, lids positioning, sealing and removal of filled and sealed containers, and 20 rows of container´s nests.
  • Bulk container is equipped with agitator.
  • Overall detection system provides information of cups presence on the stations, lids presence in the depot, lids presence on the vacuum gripper.
  • Mass control and automatic adjustment of filling volume (mass).
  • Computer controlled filling system allows optimized filling process for each type of product.
  • Filing parameters are determined once and stored by product type. Quick fine tuning for the products change.

History

Metal Engineering Production (EMP) has developed out of the tool workshop within the company DMB that used to produce engines for Fiat. The experience in tool making has been acquired for more than 70 years and the company has been operating under this name since 2007. Since then, the company has been engaged in the production of tools and machines for the aluminium packaging industry. 
Our main goal is our clients’ satisfaction and our policy is to ensure perfect quality and compliance with the deadlines. As machines and tools producer, EMP offers the state-of-the-art equipment for the production of lids and labels, equipment for filling meat delicacies into aluminium packaging and the service of machine processing in accordance with the highest quality standards.
